This policy describes the corporate website of Bhipra Software Solution Pvt Ltd and inquiries made through it. It does not replace any privacy terms agreed for a separately delivered software product or client project.

Information you choose to share
The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, company name (optional), area of interest and project description. These details help us understand your request and respond. If you contact us by phone or email, you may also choose to share additional contact or project information.
Please share only what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, patient records or other confidential personal information in an inquiry.
How the inquiry form works
Entering information into the form does not send it to Bhipra. Selecting Send via email prepares a message in your email application. You review and send that message yourself; your email provider processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.
Selecting Download a project brief creates a text file on your device. It is not automatically uploaded or shared. You control whether to email that file to us. The website does not save form entries in a website database or browser storage.
How inquiry information is used
If you send an inquiry, its details can be used to respond, clarify your requirements, prepare a proposal, arrange a conversation and manage related business correspondence. If a project follows, its agreed contract and any applicable data-processing terms govern the additional work.
The website contains no mechanism that sells inquiry data, enrolls visitors in marketing lists or shares form entries with advertising networks.
Cookies, assets and technical data
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use tracking pixels. Its fonts, images, styles and JavaScript are served from the website's own files. It does not use local storage to remember visitors or their form entries.

You can browse without submitting an inquiry. You can also leave the form without sending it or downloading a brief.
To ask about information you have sent us, request a correction or deletion, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw permission for a use based on consent, email info@bhipra.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant correspondence. Requests are considered under applicable law and any necessary record-keeping obligations.
Children’s information
This corporate website is intended for business inquiries. It does not offer student accounts or collect school or patient records. Details about School ERP and hospital software describe development services; the privacy arrangements for any deployed system must be defined separately.
